Thoughtful and collaborative approach

Our process is all about working together. We’ll guide you through each step, sharing ideas, advice and practical know-how along the way, so everything feels considered, flows beautifully, and fits perfectly with your overall plans for your day.

The Process

  • 01 Consultation

    Once you’ve reached out via our enquiry form, we’ll be in touch to confirm our availability for your wedding date and send you our Wedding Flowers guide. We’ll then arrange a relaxed, informal consultation. From colour palettes and flowers to styling and those little details that will make your day uniquely yours, we’ll begin bringing your ideas together.

  • 02 Quotation

    Following our consultation, you will receive a personalised quotation detailing your chosen floral designs and inspiration images. If you’d like to book us, a £100 booking fee is required to secure your date. This booking fee will then be deducted from the final balance of your order.

  • 03 Before Your Wedding

    In the weeks leading up to your wedding, we’ll have a final consultation to finalise your floral designs and to walk through the logistics for the day. We’ll then bring everything together in a bespoke proposal, with your final designs and a curated moodboard showing how all the elements will work together to create the overall look and feel of your wedding.

  • 04 Wedding Day

    On your wedding day, all that’s left to do is relax and enjoy every moment. We’ll arrive early to carefully set up your venue, hand you your bridal bouquet, deliver buttonholes and ensure every floral detail is beautifully in place before your celebration begins.

  • Our style is romantic, natural and garden-inspired, with a focus on texture, movement and seasonal flowers.

    We especially love creating designs that feel relaxed, elegant and full of character.

  • The sooner, the better. We recommend getting in touch as soon as you have your wedding date and venue confirmed, especially if you’re getting married during the busy spring and summer months. Booking early means we’ll have plenty of time to get to know you both and discuss your ideas.

    If your wedding is a little sooner, don’t worry – if we have availability, we’ll always be happy to help.

  • Yes – we are happy to travel for weddings across South Wales and beyond.

    Delivery, setup and travel costs are quoted individually depending on location, access requirements, installation complexity and timings involved.

    For weddings further afield, accommodation costs may also need to be considered.

  • Depending on the time of year and the scale of the wedding, we may operate with a minimum spend for full-service weddings requiring delivery and setup.

    Wedding party-only flowers generally do not require a minimum spend.

  • Simply fill in our wedding enquiry form with a few details about your day, and we’ll be in touch to arrange a consultation.

  • Once you’re happy to go ahead, we’ll ask for a booking fee of £100.00. This booking fee will then be deducted from the final balance of your order. Your wedding date will be reserved for you, and the excitement of planning your wedding flowers begins.

  • Once your wedding date is secured, we’ll begin planning your wedding flowers together. We’ll refine your floral designs, discuss any final details as your plans come together, and be on hand to answer any questions along the way. As your wedding day approaches, we’ll confirm everything ahead of creating and delivering your flowers.

  • Not at all. In fact, most couples come to us with a few ideas, inspiration photos or simply a colour palette and style they love. We’ll guide you through the options, offer advice, recommend beautiful seasonal flowers and create floral designs that reflect your vision perfectly for your wedding.

  • Yes – we can offer delivery, setup and on-site styling depending on your requirements.

    This is quoted separately based on the logistics involved.

  • Smaller wedding party orders can often be collected from the shop by arrangement.

    Larger weddings and installations usually require delivery and setup by our team.
