Samantha & Samuel / St Dochdwy’s Church, Courts Penarth

A joyful summer celebration filled with colour and meadow-inspired blooms. Samantha and Samuel’s wedding was all about embracing the beauty of the season, with vibrant, garden-inspired flowers creating a relaxed and joyful atmosphere from ceremony to celebration, full of movement, texture and plenty of natural charm.

For the ceremony, we created abundant floral installations framing the church entrance and a large statement arrangement inside, designed to celebrate the beautiful architecture while softening the space with natural, flowing flowers.

Samantha’s bridal bouquet featured cheerful seasonal favourites, including ranunculus, fragrant sweet peas, cornflowers, astrantia, veronica and delicate tanacetum and thlaspi. A bright palette of sunshine yellow, soft peach, coral, pink, lavender and blue created a fresh, playful feel while remaining beautifully balanced.

The result was a wedding that felt colourful, effortless and full of life—a true celebration of the season, with flowers that looked as though they’d been gathered straight from a summer garden.

KIND WORDS

“We cannot speak highly enough of Denzil, our incredible wedding florist. From the very beginning, he carefully listened to our ideas and helped us plan every detail, making the whole process feel effortless and enjoyable. He immediately put us at ease, and we knew we could trust him to bring our vision to life. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and exactly what we had hoped for.

Denzil’s professionalism, attention to detail, and warm approach made him a joy to work with, and his pricing was very reasonable for the quality and service we received. We couldn’t have asked for more, and we wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a truly dedicated and talented florist.”
