Delivery Information

Every order for delivery is hand-delivered by Den or a member of The Flower Den team — we never use third-party couriers.

Unless otherwise requested when placing your order, deliveries are made between 10.00am - 4.00pm, Tuesday to Saturday.

Delivery Areas

We offer local delivery to postcodes covering Caerleon, Newport, Cwmbran and the surrounding villages, within a 10-mile radius of our Caerleon shop. See our delivery fees below:

  • Caerleon - £2.50

  • Ponthir - £3.50

  • Alway, Bishpool, Christchurch, Llanfrechfa, Llanhennock, Llantarnam, St Julians - £4.50

  • Cat’s Ash, Croesyceiliog, Llangybi, Pill, Ringland - £5.50

  • Beechwood, Llanwern, Llanyravon, Malpas, Newport City Centre, Somerton - £6.50

  • Bettws, Llandegveth, Oakfield, Ridgeway, St Dials, Usk - £7.50

  • Beechwood Park, Fairwater, Gaer, Glan Llyn, High Cross (to Fourteen Locks), Llandevaud, Llantrisant, Liswerry, Parc Seymour, Penhow, Pontnewydd, Pontrhydrun, Sebastopol - £8.50

  • Henllys, New Inn - £9.00

  • Bishton, Goldcliff, Griffithstown, Greenmeadow, Llanvaches, Maesglas, Thornhill, Upper Cwmbran - £9.50

  • Llanvair Discoed - £11.50

We currently do not offer nationwide delivery.

Delivery Exceptions

At The Flower Den, we always do our very best to deliver your flowers on time. On rare occasions, severe weather—such as extreme heat, storms, flooding or snow—or other unforeseen circumstances may mean we need to postpone your delivery to ensure the safety of our team and the quality of your flowers.

Should this happen, we will:

  • Contact you as soon as possible to let you know about any changes

  • Rearrange your delivery for the earliest safe opportunity

  • Prioritise your order once conditions have improved

  • Ensure your flowers are delivered as fresh and beautiful as possible

We understand that delays can be disappointing and truly appreciate your patience and understanding. These decisions are only ever made when necessary, and we’ll always keep you informed while doing everything we can to deliver your flowers at the earliest safe opportunity.
