To help your flowers look their very best for as long as possible, we recommend following these simple care tips:
Remove your flowers from their packaging.
Trim approximately 1-2cm from the base of each stem at a sharp angle using clean scissors or secateurs.
Place your flowers in a clean vase filled with fresh water, removing any leaves that would sit below the water line.
Add the flower food (if provided) to the water, following the instructions on the sachet.
Change the water every 2-3 days, cleaning the vase each time to help reduce bacteria.
Keep your flowers out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources.
Remove any faded or wilting leaves or flowers to prolong the life of the remaining flowers.
Keep your flowers away from fruit bowls. Ripening fruit releases a natural gas called ethylene, which causes flowers to wilt faster, leading to a shortened vase life.

Some flowers and foliage may be harmful if eaten, so we recommend keeping arrangements out of the reach of children and pets.
To help protect your furniture, please place your vase or arrangement on a protective mat or cloth, as pollen from certain flowers may stain delicate surfaces such as tables, windowsills and kitchen worktops.
